Wow, its been awhile since I’ve blogged! Life has moved on and we are now a few short days away from the arrival of our first child, a baby girl who will be named Kyla Marie. Danielle and I our both very excited, but beginning to get a little nervous about the changes that are coming. Wow, my last post was about how upset I was that McCain won…. I guess life has moved on there now as well as now I just don’t care. He has my vote only because the opposition is so terrible. Is he my favorite candidate? nope not even close, but he has been saying some things lately that has won my vote over. Other than that work is the same as always it brings the paycheck in and is the easist job I’ve ever had so I can’t really complain.
Well, after Fred dropped out last week I started thinking as long as McCain doesn’t win i’ll be happy. Now with McCain being declared winner in Florida, the first winner take all State, I am a little worried about this election. As a true conservative I can not see myself voting for him and I surely can’t see myself voting for Obama, who I think will be the nominee on that side. So who would that leave me voting for? Who knows I won’t sit out a year because of my theory that if you don’t vote you don’t get to complain. I guess time will tell, at this point I’m still pulling for Romney as he is the most sane of the remaining. McCain scares me as a conservative … Huckabee scares me as a person and as a Christian. He is just plain outright nuts and not what we need at this point. I guess we will see in the days to come as more than likely Giuliani will drop out, and word is will endorse McCain. What has happened to the Republican party? Wow this was a pretty non-sensible rant…
Well those 9 months went very fast and here we are its all over now. :) I have a beautrful baby girl and I couldn't be prouder! She was born on Tuesday and now that its over you will see a few changes coming to MudDomain! More to come...
