Mudding is a unique sport that involves people trying to make it through a mud pit in their vehicle with the fastest time. Usually there is a cash prized involved if you are the winner. There are a number of places that offer mud runs on the weekends. This is a great time for the whole family to enjoy. You can either take a truck through the mud or a buggy. Usually a buggy will make a fast time because it is lighter and has an easier time making it through the mud. There are different classes in mud racing for the different types of vehicles trying to make their way through the mud. The rules vary from each class depending on your vehicle type. This sport started out as just a mud hole in the backyard and has grown to weekend events with a large mud pit. These mud pits range in size anywhere from 150 feet to more than 300 feet.
